We are currently operating multiple properties at HSR Layout near HSR Club (with a central office at HSR Sector 2) as well as in Koramangala & BTM Layout in Bangalore, that are an extension of the business model that we run very successfully across various cities in India. Designed to be completely self-catered units with all cooking facilities and other amenities like Washing Machine, WiFi Internet & Tata Sky TV, these apartments are backed by our professional Support Team that takes care of Housekeeping, Linen changes, utility bills management and all maintenance services.

  • We have independent, non-sharing units consisting of Studio Apartments, One Bedroom Apartments as well as Two & Three Bedroom Apartments with minimum size of 450 sq ft and going up to 1800 sq ft
  • All apartments come with their own fully loaded kitchens plus Washing Machines.
  • The Bedrooms include King/Queen size beds with attached bathrooms.
  • They also have their own sitting area with Couch/Sofa seating and Dining area.
  • Tata Sky TV with HD viewing and Smart TV with Netflix/Prime are provided along with 32″ or 40″ LED TVs.
  • High speed WiFi Internet is complimentary in the entire property.
